A word to the wise from a naturopath gastroenterologist (yes, they exist): Take probiotics with yogurt in the morning first thing (even before java if possible) to utilize the expanding effect of yogurt as PBio conveyor, repeater. Do it with cold water to speed up entry into the intestines and past the bossy stomach. I LOVE the smell of RenewLife probiotics in the morning!!

I started taking it on the 6th, and so far it’s good.

I started taking my health more serious a few months. I changed my diet and started exercising more. I noticed that I was getting tired throughout the day, fatigued early in my workouts, dealt with bloating, gas and diarrhea for months where I had over 6 bowel movements a day. I wasn't losing weight and I just didn't know what to do. I spoke to a licensed dietician and explained my situation. She said I must be having a GI imbalance issue. She recommended this product. I got this product in the afternoon. I started taking it that same evening and the next day I started feeling so much better. I dont have diarrhea, i'm no longer bloated, i'm not gassy, my trainer noticed that my performance in the gym has greatly improved and I have more energy. If you are struggling with digestive or GI issues I highly recommend this product.

I've been taking these for about 3 weeks now and I've noticed a marked improvement in my digestion. I read more than a coupe of reviews and articles about probiotics before deciding on this product and I'm pleased with the purchase. I've also supplemented it by adding a tablespoon of potato starch to my protein shakes. I read that potato starch provides an excellent source of food for gut bacteria and is not easily digested by the body. The reason I did not give this product 5 stars is because I've had a dramatic increase flatulence. The new horse farts are a double edged sword. My wife has told me that they have become an issue in our marriage which is not good but they are great for clearing the living room so I can watch what I want on TV. Dropping bombs in public places and then watching peoples reaction can also be good fun. It is possible that the potato starch, gut bacteria combo is causing the increased methane production, so the product may actually deserve 5 stars...
