Good for the money.
The media could not be loaded. Ok so seeing as I work at height as a tower crane engineer working with tool lanyards on a day to day basis I thought it would make sense to find out how good these are.I know at work we pay a fair amount more for a very similar standard of quality. The only minor I would give this is that fact the Carabiner is a little cheap feeling. I may last but I’ve used similar ones that have lost the spring in the clip.Other than that the stitching length and overall feel is definitely a very high professional standard.I hope this honest review has helped you with your purchase.

Great item
Seem really good. Clip on one side and a tie on the other. Great risk reduction for working at heights. Perhaps not for really large tools but good for screwdriver, pliers wrench etc

Very good for heavy duty. Defienetly worth it for the price. Used for a few months in scaffolding.

Tool Lanyard for Working at Height
If you ever work off of a ladder or on a roof, you will probably have had that horrible feeling or a near miss of your cordless drill slipping to it’s doom. A drill can obviously be replaced, but will quite easily kill somebody if it hit them or cause serious damage to property below.A simple solution is to attach your tools to yourself or your ladder/scaffolding, etc.The Raweao tool lanyards are an elasticated webbing strap that measures approximately 1m in length when not under load and stretches to approximately 1.4m. A simple snap gate karabiner is fitted to one end that can clip to a harness or tool belt and the opposite end has a nylon loop which can be used to create a crows foot knot to wrap around your tools and then a button toggle is used to slide down against the knot to prevent it coming undone. The manufacturer says the lanyards have a maximum weight limit of 6.8KG.***** In The Box *****6 x Lanyards6 x Karabiners***** Conclusion *****These lanyards are extremely useful for securing smaller tools when working at heights (particularly useful for hammers, cordless drills etc), but will also be handy for smaller screwdrivers which can often end up on the floor, meaning you have to go back down the ladder to pick it up.I have used the lanyard to hang my cordless drill whilst installing a camera, without any issues, although I didn’t just drop it, so haven’t tested it’s shock load strength. The webbing strap feels quite well made and the stitching all looks nice and uniform, with reinforced stitching on either end.The nylon cord doesn’t feel like it will be quite as strong as I would prefer, but seems strong enough and the karabiners aren’t the best quality and have no screw gate – I wouldn’t be using these straps to secure a chainsaw, but for smaller tools they should be fine.At around £20 for 6 lanyards, I think they offer pretty good value for money – particularly for the home user.

Great idea for tools when using a lader but not great on scaffolding
Although these lanyards would work ok from a ladder to stop you dropping anything they do have a limited span of use with the way you have to secure the lanyard to the tools. When I tried them out whilst on a scaffold. I found the length was not long enough for me to use very easily depending on where a handrail was for the fixing point and relative to your point of work. Also I needed to unclip it regularly to move it past upright scaffolding poles so that negated it's safety use. Also the carabineers were quite lightweight and only had a sprung clip and not a locking gate.

These are useless
These are feeble and overpriced.. I wouldn't trust these to hold more than a pencil :/
