I just shreds it. The blade is too slow even on high speed, not sharp enough. I live in Australia and they send this rubbish with a UK PLUG. Doesn't tell you that in the description. $100 TOTALLY WASTED. I've been using slicers for decades, never had anything so useless. I doubt Amazon will do anything ABOUT IT.
