Speed seems to be better than similar products but nowhere close to the promised 350Mbps on my devices. More like 150MBps at best, typically 60Mbps. It is plastic with metal cladding not full metal. Durability is questionable because of the sliding design. I haven't checked the OTG performance or compatibility of the USB-C connection.

The sliding center button pushes out the connector at either end. In the central button position, both connectors are hidden inside the housing (it is not possible to have both connectors out at the same time).Build quality is unfortunately pretty poor. Its basically a piece of white plastic encased in a thin alloy sleeve. It feels extremely lightweight and when you tap it with your finger, it sounds hollow and cheap. The ability to retract the connectors protects them from knocks and damage, but does not stop any dust (or water!) from getting inside. Also note that when one of the connectors is pushed out, the sliding button cover also leaves a big and vunerable gap directly into the centre of the drive itself!I have not been able to connect this flashdrive for actual speed testing, but I can say that in the brief 2-4 mins this was plugged in to my nas, it got uncommonly hot very quickly, but nothing extreme.You should also note that despite the brand name (Vansuny) in the Amazon title, this flashdrive is completely unbranded. There is also not a single makers mark, email address, website, phone number etc on the packaging. Even the capacity of the flashdrive is just a tiny transparent sticker on the front and bar code sticker on the rear. Basically, it comes with no guarantee or warranty other than what Amazon are prepared to offer.Call me skeptical, but I find it strange nobody wants to put their brand or details down on a product (or packaging) that is 'supposed' to be so good. As you may have guessed, I also find myself being VERY skeptical about the Amazon description stating this flashdrive is waterproof (amongst other claims). Given that there are no end caps to stop dust, water, dirt, etc entering via the open connectors themselves - not to mention the gaping hole in the slider button - I call BS false advertising.Would I buy this again? - The 'waterproof' claim wasn't the reason I originally purchased this flashdrive for, but given my hands on experience so far, it's unlikely!

Benchmarked speedtests as advertised. The sliding action to slide out the USB C or A connectors are very smooth (just be sure to press down while you slide). I like the metal construction as well of the outer shell. I think this was a solid buy at a very reasonable price.

I bought this for 2x reasons:- Fast write speeds- Better usability between a desktop and a laptop/iPad with only usb-c portsThis drive does both very well! Write speeds consistently > 300 MB/s, and recognized by both a macbook air / iPad.Would definitely recommend!

Didn’t work when first inserted into my Windows 10 PC’s usb A 3.0 port.Only recognized via a usb 3.0 hub.Copy R/W speed as advertised during speed tests. Price is quite reasonable for dual interface.

This has set a new benchmark for what i expect from thumbdrives - fast reads, fast writes, good connection options. Just wish the USB headers have a little less give when trying to plug them into ports.
