is the black non-stick interior more like a “teflon” type product-or is it more like a “ceramic” non stick?

It looks like teflon but supposedly it is a healthier nonstick coating. It is not like ceramic coatings. That's what I am using now.

Nope, it’s all assembled and pretty sturdy

Are the lids dishwasher safe too?

Yes I've put them in the dishwasher but generally I wash pots and pans and lids by hand.
