Goo Gone Original Liquid, 237 ml

This stuff is amazing. Amazon sticker on the clear plastic screen of a tool left huge amount of gunk and the plastic permanently sticky. Worked almost instants and gentle pressure just lifted it off. If it works for your suface (some limitations) then I can recommend enough.

Works well. In my case the glue was from metallic tape on a car body. Most of the glue had become very dry and crispy. So it did not work quickly. I needed to apply a lot of work and pressure with a micro fibre cloth to rub the glue off but it did function well. It took about half an hour (which seems a lot) but, if you do not give up, you can get results against difficult dry glue. It did not damage my paintwork either. In one place the glue was more fresh and still slightly sticky. This came off very quickly.

This stuff is incredible! I always wonder if the reviews are genuine but I bought this hoping for a miracle. A brand new black top had somehow gone into the wash with chewing gum on it, during the wash the chewing gum got stuck to various parts of the top leaving a white sticky residue over large parts of the top, I tried various methods which helped but this Goo Gone removed all traces of the sticky residue! Although it did take half the bottle! Amazing product

I bought this to remove some of the goo leftover when the protective film was removed from my brand new car. Being a new car I was really concerned about what product to apply to it. This did the job instantly. I placed some paper towel on the affected area, then added the goo gone. It lifted the goo instantly and the paint work wasn't damaged in way. Highly recommend.

Great product that actually does the job. Ordered after the adhesive from my Amazon parcels had got stuck to my carpet. This was quick and easy to use, and my carpet is no longer sticky. Only critism is that a warning label had been stuck over the instructions

Firstly no instruction on packaging, secondly it done nothing to remove the stickyresidue on front of washing machine door where a large sale sticker was. Finally it stank.

I was a little disappointed with this. I think you have to use too much of it to be able to remove all the gu! Too expensive to be using too much.

I had tried a bunch of things and failed so bad that I thought that super sticky glue from the Amazon fragile parcel tape was stuck in my carpet forever. Goo Gone was a last minute purchase as I had a flat inspection. The original label on the back was completely covered so had no idea how to use and had to search for instructions. This was what knocked the rating down because this made the glue removal from the carpet so easy that I almost convinced myself I hadn’t even tried before. Squirt some product onto a cloth and wipe across the carpet surface until the glue is gone. Easy and fast. It does have a strong chemical (paraffin) smell. That also means it’s prob not vegan or eco friendly. But the carpet isn’t damaged now which also means I’m not shelling out for a repair there. So, good value too as it still looks full since I’ve used so little.

Hausmittel wie Öl oder Föhn haben nie zu 100% funktioniert, aber dieses Zeug ist echt magisch. Vorteile auf einen Blick: * Löst einfach alles: Egal ob alte Sticker, Preisschilder, Reste von Klebeband, Kaugummi oder Wachsmalstift auf dem Tisch – es löst den Kleber in Sekunden an. * Kein Kratzen mehr: Man muss nicht mehr mühsam mit dem Fingernagel knibbeln. Einfach auftragen, kurz einwirken lassen und der Aufkleber lässt sich oft am Stück abziehen oder einfach wegwischen. * Angenehmer Geruch: Es riecht sehr intensiv nach Zitrus/Orange, nicht nach beißender Chemie, was das Arbeiten viel angenehmer macht als mit Verdünnung. * Oberflächenschonend: Ich habe es auf Glas, Keramik, Metall und lackiertem Holz genutzt, ohne dass die Oberfläche angegriffen wurde. * Ergiebig: Man braucht nur ein paar Tropfen auf einem Tuch oder direkt auf dem Fleck. Die Flasche hält ewig. Wichtige Hinweise zur Anwendung: * Fettiger Film: Da das Mittel auf Ölbasis ist, hinterlässt es einen schmierigen Film. Man muss die Stelle danach also unbedingt mit Spülmittel und Wasser abwaschen, besonders bei Geschirr. * Material-Check: Bei unversiegeltem Holz, Leder oder bestimmten Kunststoffen würde ich es vorher immer an einer unsichtbaren Stelle testen, um sicherzugehen, dass es keine Flecken gibt. Fazit: Ein absolutes Muss in jedem Putzschrank. Wer sich regelmäßig über Klebereste ärgert, braucht das. Es funktioniert einfach und ist jeden Cent wert. Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Been using this stuff for years. Have tried a few alternatives. I use GOO GONE! Need I say more?

holy $&@$- Somehow a pink bazooka bubblegum got mashed into my friends $ 5,000 dollar yellow couch. I literally chewed my nails off waiting for this product to arrive so i could clean it- never tried it before. I am beyond stunned. Not only did it lift off the ground hardened gum, but tge wet ring didnt leave a stain when dried. Albeit, i dabbed for ages over and over a slightly soapy water rinse, then clean rinse then i went ballistic with a roll of paper towel sponging up the water that had saturated the fabric. My main regret is not taking a before and after picture. Please believe me when i tell you that I cannot tell where the gum was. mind you, the yellow is patterned so if it was a solid yellow maybe? but i cannot tell where the gum was…. i think sponging up the water at the end with a paper towel prevenyed my main dread which was was a water ring where the soaked fabric dried remarkable product….

Selon le type de certains résidus d’adhésifs cela demande un peu d’huile de coude mais ça fait bien le job et je suis jusqu’à présent parvenue à enlever la totalité des résidus. Utilisé notamment pour enlever des résidus de double face utilisé pour fixer des détecteurs d’ouverture sur fenêtre PVC. Je n’ai pas utilisé le petit grattoir en plastique fourni pour le moment qui m’a été inutile (sans doute car je n’avais pas assez d’épaisseur à enlever ?). J’applique le produit sur un chiffon microfibre et je frotte jusqu’au retrait total des résidus.
