Don’t buy from laser supplies and don’t buy an HP
At month five this machine started having problems. HP said I didn’t have a warranty on it, seller ,laser supplies, never contacted me back when I asked them why I didn’t have a warranty. I proved to HP that I had had this machine less than a year and they honored the warranty. HOWEVER now going on five months later this machine is still not fixed. I’m at the total mercy of HP which by the way you can only communicate with by email for warranty issue. After numerous Ridiculous diagnostic rituals they put us through and three parts replaced on this new machine it still doesn’t work, now I’m being told it’s a belt. This whole experience has been a nightmare and I still don’t have a machine that can print a normal copy. All I can say is run far away! I will NEVER buy an HP product again. Thank God for the $100 epson unit we purchased at Sam’s so business could still carry-on! Quality is poor and HP customer service is the worst ! Amazon do you want to step in and help me out on this one? 😤

The worst
I've had this printer three days ago. From the first day I connected it I said it was low in yellow ink, the original ink was bought and it keeps coming out that it's low in the ink. Extremely poor quality being such an expensive printer. Frustrated and disappointed. I want my money back.
