It’s not sticky, or gummy (after a few days of use) and my hair feels moist every time that I use it. Additionally, I used it daily while the hair was still twisted and after taking out my twists, I applied it from root to the ends on each section and my comb out was great! It was moisturized and it did not look ashy or dry. Previously, I'd tried just using only the coconut oil but it seems to just sit on top of my hair. It reminds me of the former 'jeri-curl' of the 80's, oil gets on everything. Having the coconut oil incorporated in a cream with other great ingredients is awesome.
