Although I don't think it sprays up to 12 feet like the description says it does. I've tested it about 3 times and I've only seen it go up to about 5-6ft :( It’s a little awkward to hold in my hand but other than that it's fine. Also when you spray, a few droplets fall onto the bottom ridge of the part of the handle that surrounds the nozzle. Just wanna let ppl know, because I've accidentally touched the 🌶 spray due to my issue with the holding it. So yeah, 4 stars.

I know in these products you usually get what you pay for. With that being said, it seems like it’s well made and will work like it should. Got this for my wife as a stocking stuffer, and although I hope she never has to use it, she has something in her bag walking into work now.

Always feel safer when she's carrying something i can tell is high quality, and this product puts me at ease.

Works well

The website description says it is 4.5 inches in height. What I received is only 4 inches. It is too small for even my small lady hands to hold securely! I contacted the seller, but got no response.
