I love all of the Russell Stover Sugar Free candy. It’s nice to have a snack that doesn’t have a billion grams of sugar. This & the mint patties are fantastic.

Healthier option but not guilt-free
Been a keto-vore for a couple of years. I had a major coconut craving, so I impulse purchased these. They're delicious but not really healthy in any way. The difference in nutritional value doesn't justify the cost in my opinion.... If you're diabetic or something, then you won't be disappointed. If you're concerned about carbs and already chugging along on your new lifestyle, you shouldn't be weak like me - it's not worth it. Stay strong and buy some allulose for your protein shakes or something.
