These work!
These magnetic screw holders work fine. They could be a bit more powerful, not too much, as they might 'stay' with the screw when the driver is withdrawn.The screwholders must be used with 50 millimetre bits, or longer. Also, keep the holder 'snug' to the head of the screw for best performance.

Does Not Pickup Screws
Bought these as a trial replacement for the Makita Mag Boosters I've been successfully using for years.These three boosters are approx the same price as one Makita booster. I now know why, they are close to useless. They will not pick up a screw or hold it on the driver as the Makita ones do with ease.I tried, but they failed. Back to Makita.Buyer beware.
