Colorescience Total Protection Face Shield SPF 50, 1.8 Fl Oz

My skin is medium/dark tan with pink undertone and is sensitive/ rash prone. I purchased this because it was listed on folliculitisscout.com as a sunscreen that does not cause skin irritation. It does not irritate at all and does not have any ingredients that would flare eczema / rosacea/ psoriasis/seborrheic acne/ etc. This sunscreen is very much like a sheer foundation. ( I chose matte) I was afraid it might look too much like makeup, which I really didn't want. I wanted a natural look without having the ghost pale look of sunscreen. This was perfect for my skin. Blended in perfectly without looking like sunscreen or makeup. It has a very nice finish. It is described as matte, but I would call it a natural finish, not too overly matte. I took five different face sunscreens on my most recent vacation and ended up using only this. It is pricey but good! I will be wearing this all summer.

This goes on smoothly with no caking. It does it have a sunscreen smell and provides a nice amount of coverage while protection your face well. So far loving it. Test will be used on a cruise. Not sure yet about its waterproof quality.

Really the best sunscreen for face I have ever tried. I was skeptical as I have very oily skin but this checks all the boxes. It does have the thick paste sunscreen vibe with a tan tint but it goes on fairly well without leaving my skin with enough oil to fry chicken or looking like chalk! My only less one star comment is the price for the amount. Mind you, you do not need alot but its pricey to me for just a small container of sunscreen. I use it daily over my face serum and believe it really helps my skin and gives on point protection from the sun. Im on the fence on the price.

The shade original is too light for me and bronze is too dark for me. So if you are somebody who is in between those shades then this is your best bet. I love colorscience for their advanced formulation and how the sunscreem feels throughout the day on my face. I thought of giving this one a try while I wait for flex and this product really impressed me. It was moisturizing and not too drying. I am someone who is on tretinoin for acne and my skin feels dry, however, this product was the right amount of matte and moisturizing. For color reference, I am a tan person who usually buys make up foundation in "sand" shade. Update on Nov 4, 2021: After using this sunscreen for a few months I realized that it was the cause of my new pimples. I really wanted to love this sunscreen because of the zinc oxide and it matched my skin tone but unfortunately it caused my skin to break out. As soon as I stopped using this sunscreen the pimples on my face cleared out within 2-3 weeks.

Me encanta este filtro solar da un tono a la piel muy bonito dura bastante horas . También trae humectante favorables para pieles resecas o mixtas . Lo volvería a comprar . Gracias!

THE best SPF I have ever used for my face. Smooth, non drying, matte, full coverage and non greasy. Doesn't break me out. Game changer!

Even though it’s a Matt sunscreen , It’s really hydrating & light weight

The colour blends perfectly with my skin tone. This works great in an airconditioned environment but colour tends to bleed. It turned my mask brown especially after reapplication. It's also not very matt if you're out in hot humid weather. But it's still one of the better ones I've tried and I would repurchase.
