Start a business!
Very thorough and totally practical. It is quite obvious this has been written by someone with experience. You can run any event from a birthday party to a traction engine show with this guide (check the strength of the bridges the traction engines will have to drive over to get to your fair). You could safely start your own events business with all the information in this book, knowing every angle is covered. If you are unemployed or sick of your job get a DBS check for yourself. Then use this book to start a business organising local rich kids birthday parties--or a car boot sale! Borrow a library book on self-employment/tax etc and you are away! Good luck.

Great Book
This book came in excellent condition. This was not apart of my book list but when I saw the title I thought it would be an excellent addition to my course work. My Lecturer also loves it. Others in the class are planning to purchase this book. Thanks again.

Great "everything" guide to events
This was a well thought-out guide to events which ensures you "think of it all" when planning an event and the actions you will need to take. I would have given 5 stars however I found some sections showing its age and in need for a serious update (i.e chapters where "cash" is mentioned, most events I have been too are cashless in this day and age). I do believe there are other books which will better cater to event ideas and how to stand out from the crowd if that is what you are looking for.

I love the book
I love the book, but after buying it I realized that it is about event planning in the UK.

Must by book for any event managers
I lov this book in and out. It is a fantastic read and has helped my small event become better in many ways. It includes little details that you might miss out and I love it. Thank you for such a good book!
