This is the first time I've bought Lion's Mane extract. The product performs as onecwould expect; providing focus and mind clarity. The taste is bearable enough to take straight, but indistinguishable in a beverage. What does however impress me, is the dropper itself has marked measurements so one can carefully dose and ration the product. This I appreciate and will likely stick with this producer because of this fine detail. This point which gathers more confidence in their product, because attention to detail is priority.

This helps me sleep so good at night. I measure my sleep quality with a Fitbit and since using this my score has consistently been better and my REM much better. Doesn’t taste bad like others I’ve tried.

I notice a big difference when taking mushroom supplements. (I use others in addition to this one.) By itself, Lion’s Mane is an exceptional thing. It helps me with overall brain function, word recall and other speech difficulties. I have autoimmune issues and other health conditions. Western medicine can only do so much to help me, so I rely on naturopathic medicine to help balance things out. I take one dropperful every day, alternating with my other supplements. The packaging calls for about half of a dropperful, but my naturopath said due to my particular health conditions that it would be fine to take a higher dose. So during health flare ups I take the full dropper until symptoms start to improve again, then I reduce to the amount called for in the instructions. The taste is light enough and easily tolerated. The consistency of it is thin, it’s easy to swallow, and doesn’t leave a residue in your mouth. I always chase it with a splash of probiotic juice just to get rid of any remaining taste. (It doesn’t really leave an aftertaste, I just don’t want to keep tasting it.) Overall seems to be a high quality product. I’m on my second bottle now and will order it again.

I’m really impressed with this Lion’s Mane Mushroom supplement! Getting my daughter to take medicine can be a challenge, but she has no issues with the taste of this one, which makes the process so much easier. The most incredible part is the changes I’ve noticed since she started taking it. My daughter is mostly non-verbal, but since starting this supplement, she’s shown more spontaneous language. I’ve also seen an improvement in her ability to follow instructions, which has been a huge win for us. These changes have been significant enough for me to keep it as part of her daily routine. The improvements I’ve seen in my daughter's spontaneous language and ability to follow instructions have been amazing. I just wish the bottle lasted longer and was a bit more affordable. Despite that, we’re committed to continuing with it because the results have been worth it.

This is the one to try if you wish to try any. This is by far the best quality you can get. I am not a paid reviewer, I'm not writing this for anyone other than myself wanting to spread the word; and I never leave reviews! I have a few conditions that make energy and focus hard, among other things, mostly to do with Hashimoto’s disease and medicine (not related to the Moto's) side effects. I've tried all you can imagine in this space, and have determined, at least for me, Lion's Mane is the most effective for energy, clarity, stress reduction, etc., and that this brand is the only brand worth buying. There are many health benefits to mushrooms, many, many, but the difference with Lions mane and this brand particularally is it isn't taking a supplement and being unable to know if it's working -- no, you immediately feel more alert and like the brain fogs lifted. That is RARE in any supplement. This brand can be pricey, so I've tried so many others trying to find a more affordable alternative and not a single one could I notice it made me feel more awake so clearly. I don't know why this is, but if I had to guess, there are probably a lot of cheap companies out there with poor quality control, or even one's that aren't accurately measuring the amount, or possibly even using unlisted filler or faking it altogether. As we all know, this is a risk you take if you opt for a cheaper overseas brand for any product on this website. After not finding a single alternative that remotely worked for me, I've decided it's worth the cost not just because of the effect and benefits I get from it, but even more so because I feel like I can trust what I'm getting from Mary Ruth's is of good, consistent quality. If you are considering lions mane for any reason, or if you tried a different brand and thought lions mane was a false flag, I highly recommend picking up a bottle of this to try. Worst case, you decide it's still not for you and don't get more, but I genuinely believe, like me, you will find it to be amazing too. Spread peace and love, always, friends. ✌🏼️

I love this because it helps with my anxiety. I take a dropper full in the morning Anna one at night.

This stuff did help with focus but it made me dizzy. I had no idea what was causing it but realized once I stopped and the dizziness went away. I went to a neurologist and had a few exams taken because I was so scared. It would make me feel like I was spinning and was going to fall. Very scary feeling. Be careful taking this stuff
