Merv 13 Filter Material for Air Filters (16Ft²), Air Particles, Clean Living Basic Dust Small as 0.3 Microns, Efficiency Breathable DIY Design (16 Square Feet)

Works well to reduce airborne particulates by filtration. I have noticed a decrease in respiratory issues after use.

I installed these at my inlet intake to see if I could prevent cat and dog hair depositing in our drain pan or bypassing our regular pleated filter to deposit on our Heat Pumps coils. To make this work, I had to cut to size then tape the back end on the metal intake vent. Then I screwed the vent back in place and vaccuumed the outside periodically. After 6 months I was blow away. Picture one is the back of this filter cloth. Picture two as I am removing to replace is a picture of the front. (The original color of the filter cloth is bright white) The last picture is of our drip tray, which remained pristine. Our normal filter was a bit dirty too, but I got 6 months out of it and the coils to the heat pump are perfect. The filter cloth never moved when the unit was on, stayed in place perfectly. Highly recommended.

I can literally see pores through by holding it up to the light. It does not look Merv 13 at all. I have no idea it's just very thin

Perfect for anything with a fan. Just cut to fit the intake side of the fan and the air exiting the fan will be cleaner. I have used it on a box fane and it collects an amazing amount of dust. I have also been using it on two window air conditioners to filter the air. I don't know why I didn't think of this years ago but it is absolutely fantastic and I will continue to do this for the rest of my life. Try it and you will be amazed.

Thick material. Good filter. Not much will get through this. Cut to size for your needs. A generous amount for the price.

Built a custom frame for a mini split filter. Purchased this media to help increase dust collection and reduce what would collect inside the mini split indoor unit. The filter media arrived folded in a plastic bag. Opened and laid out flat to cut. Cutting was smooth. Trimming to fit is a huge help. Used this as the last filter inline. Added another more dense filter on top to collect bulk before reaching the merv13 filter. After turning on the unit air flows smooth through the media. In the next 30 days we will pull the filter and check to see how it is performing. Right now we are happy with the setup.

I used this to revive an old Rigid air filter system. OEM filters are no longer available so this is a practical alternative.

The product is fine. Curious why the listing shows 32 square feet in the main description but then 16 square feet listed as the colour. Why? The piece I got was 16 ft2.

I live in a mobile home and the furnace only uses a certain kind of because of the size of furnace…..they suck(pun intended) they are terrible….this one is fantastic cut to size ….allergen certified…dander….smoke…hair….this one gets it all……best I’ve used…I recommend
