Sharpened my kitchen knives without honing, a big plus! I have another manual sharpener, as well as an electric one that do not work as well as this. They take off more metal and I still have to hone. If I can, will try on my kitchen shears, which have grown quite dull.

Bought two ! - one for kitchen, one for camping. Pretty secure mount - doubt they'll ever fall off. We like the small size.

Best little sharpener ever!! Was unaware of the suction lock down feature. Small but amazing. I guess you could say it brings the cutting edge into the kitchen!!

Just only have it a month now, sharpened every knife I could find lol. It's small and stays in place on counter. So far it's awesome, I would recommend.

I haven't had any problems that some people have reported, the suction cup stuck well to my worktop. Some reviews have reported it didn't stick very well and was dangerous, but if the surface is flat, clean and residue free, I can't see why it wouldn't stick. Perhaps it could be from antibacterial cleaners, as this is how they work by leaving a bug killing residue, so make sure where you stick it is free of this. Also you're only supposed to use gentle pressure.I have Henkels professional knives and have struggled to get them as sharp as when they were new, even Henkels own sharpener didn't do a great job, well that's going in the bin now as the AnySharp is great. It took a few passes on some of my knives as they were quite blunt and I did see a few filings on these, but this didn't concern me as it's just reconditioning the edge. It's great that you can use both hands as you can be quite steady, precise and straight when passing the knife through and you can get right to the tip which I found quite difficult with my other sharpener. My knives are now super sharp and I'm very happy I decided to buy this sharpener. Ordered a couple more for Christmas presents!

I was very sceptical of this sharpener. I have tried many others before and been very unimpressed. I was firstly impressed with the suction It actually works Secondly we had an old Ken Hom Chinese chopping blade that we have always had to take for professional sharpening before We tried it on this device and WOW we had a razor edge back on it It did take a few minutes to restore the blade but I have saved the cost of the sharpener as I will not have to get this done professionally again I can not recommend this enough.

This product is great. Really simple and easy to use. Only takes a few seconds to get a razor sharp finish on your knife.

Unless you're a Samurai with various wet and dry stones, get this if you want sharp knives.

Brilliant for sharpening dead knives. Not suitable for expensive Japanese or German blades, as you can see the metal being shaved off when you use it!

( Aprés 8 mois d'utilisation ) Bon produit , Aiguise vraiment bien mes couteaux et rapidement en plus .Juste une étoile en moins car la petite plaque en plastique s'use avec le temps et le passage des couteaux . J'aurais aimé en avoir une ou 2 de rechanges dans la boite . Sinon les Lames sont de très bonne facture et aiguise toujours autant . je suis cuisinier et je passe tout les jour 3-4 fois mes couteaux dedans et après je passe un coup de fusil :)
