Fantastic prop! Has a nice weight and excellent look! Clap or snap activated. Really pretty blue color, lights up a dark room! This would make an excellent night light for a kid who loves Iron Man!

Mine just arrived. Was about to start the return process because I couldn't figure out how to turn it on.Switch or tap sensor is at the bottom near where the cables connect. Just give it a general tap. Three modes: solid blue, breathing, and off.I bought it as more a desk toy. Well made

This is an absolute must have for serious Iron Man fans! I'm building a personal collection of Props to display in my room eventually. This prop is extremely realistic & has weight too it. I got the MK1, MK2, MK50 & MK85 ARC Reactors so far. You well not be disappointed!

Great item, nice add too my collection

First off, the device looks fantastic. Excellent construction, and it looks very good... with or without the light on. It looks great.My only issue is with the functionality. It has a "clap-on" to cycle it through its 3 modes (fully lit, weakened lit, and off.) In 2022, I kind of expect us to be beyond the clapper technology. I had hoped that if I left it on "on" mode I could control it with a Bluetooth plug... but it only responds to the clapper... or other associated loud noises. For example, I cracked open a soda and it turned on.So aside from the power on method, this is a great looking item. Just wish the functionality was a bit different.

This prop is poorly made and the LEDs are so blindingly bright it completely removes from the effect. You're not supposed to see separate LED circles inside and they're not supposed to blind you like that even trying to lower the brightness doesn't work. For something that isn't chargeable, there are better things on Amazon that look more realistic than this one. I have a different one that is rechargeable and it's heavier than this which makes it feel better as well. Very unhappy with this purchase and the amount of time it took to arrive

Got this today and plugged it in and won't light up... tried several different USB plugs and nothing.

I ended up choosing the MK-1. I also purchased the acrylic cases (with stand) that you can find elsewhere on Amazon. Combined, they make a great presentation piece for the office. The reactor responds to tapping on the case, going between off, on, and pulsing modes. The attention to detail (reactor, not the case) is phenomenal and any Marvel collector should have one in their possession. I specifically called out the reactor in that last sentence because the available cases don't do this piece justice; the top acrylic cubes tend to fall apart as they are mainly put together using sticker/glue at the edges. Anyway, this piece makes a great gift and any Ironman enthusiast will appreciate it.
