Anyway, this book is set up very nicely. It is easy to track anything you would need for your little one. Every left page is a "notes" page where I tracked when I took my meds (since I had to time everything from waking my little one, feeding him, taking my own meds etc), and every right page is where you track their eating/pooping/peeing/sleeping times. It was very useful to have all of it together. On top of that, the book is nicely made. You don't have to worry about losing pages, as they are quite thick and won't rip out. My oldest son has thrown that thing down the stairs, across the room, walked around holding just a few pages, just about anything short of throwing it in my toilet; and it has done just fine. My husband and I have been using the journal from the day we brought our son home and rely on it so much. The days all started to blend together early on, and it was often hard to remember which breast I needed to start with at the next feeding until we checked the journal. We jot down questions for our pediatrician on the blank pages so we always have them handy. We're always prepared when she asks us how many times he's wetting/pooping and how often he's nursing. And we love updating the pages with his weight and height. It has also helped us keep track of medicine dosages and times (there isn't a column for medicine dosages, we just make a little star next to the time). It's small enough to fit in the diaper bag but not so small that it's hard to write in. I'm about to order our second journal because we've almost filled up the first one (our son is a little over 3 months now, and even though he's sorta got a schedule and we've gotten better at remembering, we want to have one to help with keeping track of his reflux medicine dosages).
