AN ABSOLUTE MUST-HAVE FOR NEW PARENTS. Created by a mom to help even the most sleep deprived parents monitor baby's progress by recording baby's daily activity in this easy to use log book. Log in feedings (breast & bottle), diaper changes, sleep patterns, immunizations and more all to help track baby's development and keep the baby on a schedule. Great for pediatrician visits. And perfect for working parents to leave with baby-sitters to be tuned in to baby, even when you can t be there. Durable & compact at 5 x 7 inches, with water resistant front and back covers. Fill in pages include; page for important info (names & numbers), immunizations & growth chart page, 60 pages of fill-in charts & notes all neatly organized in a convenient, (adorable) spiral notebook. Makes a playful, yet practical baby shower gift. Review: Best journal for your baby - This little journal is a must-have! I first received it as a gift, then bought it myself, and finally bought copies to give to other expectant mothers. It contains charts to track eating, sleeping, and pooping, which were super helpful and fun. Plus, I found the back of the pages really useful for making notes. I love looking back at memories I would have otherwise completely forgotten about. Review: Well made and easy to use - Oh my word I love this thing! My son spent a week in NICU when he was first born, and I was unable to feed him for the majority of that. So I had to pump, and take meticulous record of when he pooped/peed and how much, when he ate and how much and so on. When we got home I wanted to keep tracking so that I could make sure he was getting enough nutrients - as he had been on IV for a week and as such was very under weight. Anyway, this book is set up very nicely. It is easy to track anything you would need for your little one. Every left page is a "notes" page where I tracked when I took my meds (since I had to time everything from waking my little one, feeding him, taking my own meds etc), and every right page is where you track their eating/pooping/peeing/sleeping times. It was very useful to have all of it together. On top of that, the book is nicely made. You don't have to worry about losing pages, as they are quite thick and won't rip out. My oldest son has thrown that thing down the stairs, across the room, walked around holding just a few pages, just about anything short of throwing it in my toilet; and it has done just fine. I am very glad I purchased this book; it has made my life a tiny bit easier with all the crazy of having a newborn.

A Must Have for Any New Parent!
I'm guessing any seasoned parents could have told me that during those first several sleep-deprived weeks, it would be hard to keep track of when I last fed my baby, but I had no idea how valuable this book would be! My husband and I have been using the journal from the day we brought our son home and rely on it so much. The days all started to blend together early on, and it was often hard to remember which breast I needed to start with at the next feeding until we checked the journal. We jot down questions for our pediatrician on the blank pages so we always have them handy. We're always prepared when she asks us how many times he's wetting/pooping and how often he's nursing. And we love updating the pages with his weight and height. It has also helped us keep track of medicine dosages and times (there isn't a column for medicine dosages, we just make a little star next to the time). It's small enough to fit in the diaper bag but not so small that it's hard to write in. I'm about to order our second journal because we've almost filled up the first one (our son is a little over 3 months now, and even though he's sorta got a schedule and we've gotten better at remembering, we want to have one to help with keeping track of his reflux medicine dosages). This is a must have for any parents with newborns, and would make a great shower gift if you're looking for one!

Indispensable
This indispensable journal made it possible for a harried mommy-brain like myself keep track of all of the baby activity that was necessary to track in the early days/weeks/months of a new nursing infant with health issues. The format makes it simple to record all the regular feeding, sleeping, pooping activity and any other noteworthy items that may be important to record. It made it so easy to report to the doctor during our visits - We didn't need to remember anything with our scrambled sleep-deprived brains. We would simply hand over the book and it said everything the doctor needed to know. Not only a useful document, it was an oddly comforting thing for us new addled parents to record the information in this little book. It provided at least some level of validation that we were properly monitoring and caring for our child. We are really glad to have had this book and would recommend it to any parents of a new baby.

Perfect!!
Perfect for keeping track of my baby’s feeding times, how much she ate, what we fed her (I use the place for sleep tracking to write in the box if she had formula (F) or breast milk (BM) and that works great for us specifically), and what her diaper was like. This helps me feel so much better and gives me a peace of mind that I can look back at the book and see how well she’s been eating and going to the bathroom. I do like that you can keep a record of all your baby’s shots, as well as, their growth between each doctor visit! Very pleased!! I’m almost on my second book now and plan to keep doing this for a while!

Great tool for parents obsessed with quantities
As a mom obsessed with newborn/infant stats, I love this little notebook, which allows me to keep track of when/what/how much my baby eats, sleeps and poops, just as the title indicates. It also has tables to keep track of baby's weight, height, illnesses and vaccines in the first few weeks/months of life. Overall the small table format is very convenient for info filling and quick checks to give you an idea of baby's feeding and sleeping patterns over time. One other thing I like is that this book treats breasfeeding and bottle feeding equally, giving space for both on all pages (time at each breast for BF, amount for bottle). It's great especially for sleep deprived parents in the first few weeks after birth, and then for the obsessed parents like me it's a nice tool and ultimately a lovely keepsake. For my daughter I wrote everything down creating tables by myself and it quickly became tiresome... for my son I used this pre-made handbook and that saved me so much time in addition to looking much better! I only wish the tables had a little extra space for special notes next to certain times of the day, but by default, each left page is entirely devoted to notes, so it's not a big deal. Plus the compact format makes it easy to slip in the diaper bag when traveling with baby. All in all this is exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommended for first time parents!

Great gift!
Bought this as a baby shower gift. The Mom-to-be loved it. Guests had never seen a journal like this. I wish I would’ve known about these 10+ years ago when I had my child. It would’ve help calm my anxiety about keeping track of everything.

Daily Reassurance: A Real Life-saver
This journal was/is a real treasure to me. With the recent birth of my first child, I slipped into post-partum depression and became convinced I was a failure as a mother. Reassurance from our pediatrician was helpful, but it was the *daily* reassurance I got from the journal that helped alleviate the notions that my boy wasn't eating enough or sleeping enough. I clung to the book (it's so portable) and diligently recorded my notes. It helped me feel organized and somewhat in control during a very stressful time. I'm already on my third journal and have another ready when my current one is used. I plan to keep using them until my little one is out of diapers and well established on solids. (My husband teases me that our son will be in high school before I stop!) I highly recommend this book. Yes, of course, you can try to jot down the same info on bits of paper, but why bother when you can just as easily keep all the important info in one place and easily organized?
