Does the razor blade have issues with falling off the lame while using? Thanks for any information!!!

No not al all! You gave to bend the blade when putting it on and then it holds tight.

Are these regular razor blades?

They are a very thin double sided razor, seems like the regular or normal size.

The product is Made in China after detailed research. We conducted multiple tests and evaluations within United States to find key areas of improvements, which were implemented successfully.

In the second picture it looks like the curve in the main stem goes toward the blade but in other pictures the curve is away, which is right?

I have my installed so the curved tip on the end of the stem is aligned with the blade. It's a nice lame, works well and comes with 10 blades. Can't beat it.
