Spicer 2004785-2 Rear Axle Shaft Assembly DANA 44 with Axle Bearing and Seal

For the money this is the only product to get to fix anything wrong with your axle, be it bearing, seal, etc. In my case the antilock hub was damaged on my original axle. Easy out, easy in, complete unit with bearings and seals pre-installed. Be aware, the left axle is shorter than the right so be sure to order the correct one. 2004785-2 is left, 2004785-3 is right on a 2011 Jeep Wrangler with a Dana Super 44 rear end.

I bought this as a quick swap for a leaking rear drivers side axle seal on my 2016 Wrangler JK Runicon. I didn’t have access to a 20+ ton press and wanted to swap out the axle while doing some e-brake work on the weekend. This is a very high quality part that made for an easy install. Just make sure you have a heavy duty slide hammer and axle puller tool before you start.

Didn't fit, even after I called they said it would fit and web page said it would fit, I didnt get to the job right away and the 30 day return was up so I had to take a loss.

Worked as expected. The shaft was more heavy duty than the factory shaft. I was pleasantly surprised! Installed very easy and does not leak! 2008 Jeep Rubicon with the 32 spline.

I've replaced both rear axles in my 2014 Jeep JKU with these Spicer axle shaft assemblies. I have been running one of them for over a year now. This Jeep goes off-road and rock crawling often and these axles have held up to some abuse. Great Quality!

Replaced both shafts and both worked well. Much better than trying to rebuild the old.
