Flavor is great and I trust this brand to put what they say in it. No need to spend more than this, easy choice.

I was recommended to take 10-15 grams of L-Glutamine by my nurse navigator and oncologist while undergoing chemotherapy to manage side effects and try to prevent peripheral neuropathy. I chose this particular brand due to the low price and decent reviews, compared to others. This powder dissolved quickly and taste extremely similar to a blue jolly rancher in my personal opinion (and smells like it too). It does not have a powdery or gritty texture. I am happy with my purchase.

HONEST REVIEW If you have regular bowel movements, this will not do anything for you. BUT if it’s taking you 2-3 days to poo then this will help you a lot. For the past few months I’ve had irregular movements, I’ll eat corn then see it 5 days later but now im pooin big ones DAILY. Not in a laxative way like it’s still solid but it’s coming out. This is a phenomenal product. Weight loss claims come from regulating bowel movements

Although it took 2 weeks for me to get the product due to high demand, I finally received it. I had the blue raspberry flavor and it was definitely delicious. I started taking it the very next day and by day 3 I was extremely constipated. I immediately stopped drinking it and went through 3 days of misery before relief. I spoke with my gastro Dr. and was advised to stop taking it. Because I already suffered with bathroom issues, he told me that this made it worse and I can’t tolerate it. I gave it 4 stars because the taste was delicious. And although this product does seem to work for others, It unfortunately didn’t work for me and my existing gastro issues.
