Have you ever read a book and thought to yourself ... these secondary characters need their own book? Kayan and Z who were originally introduced to readers by Aurora Rose Reynolds in Until July were those characters for me. When the 2019 Happily Ever Alpha World books were announced I waited with baited breath to see if my wish would be granted. It seemed like a excruciatingly long wait. Then one day up pops a blurb for Scary Hot! My wish had been granted! Yet the question remained, was I destined for crossover series disappointment? I'm thrilled to tell you I was not disappointed after finishing this incredible book! I was ecstatic! Scary Hot exceeded my expectations!It takes a masterful storyteller to be able to seamlessly mesh two literary worlds together and let me assure you that KD Robichaux is a master! The way in which she weaves the tale of adventurous Kayan and alpha, romantic Z is phenomenal! Scary Hot is told from the POV of two well-developed complex characters brought together by circumstance and united forever by the bonds of true love. The smooth connections between the two series provides Until Her series fans with a look at the evolution of the relationship between July and Wes from a new perspective. This book is extraordinary and a must read for fans of Aurora Rose Reynolds and KD Robichaux alike!

Do you know those restaurant apps that you can customize your meal? I love those apps because I’m very picky when it comes to food and I like it a certain way. When it comes to K.D.’s books, you can really have it your way. Scary Hot was not only scary, it was…..spicy as well. (omg, I swear I’m not hungry with all these food references) Let me explain. If I was to customize a romance meal, I’d want a big strong man. Click. A feisty lady who can hold her own against the strong man. Click. Hot and steamy sex. In fact, I have actually told people that. Kayan and Z’s story, wow, it could bring me back to reading MC books again. Don’t hesitate. Buy this book.

Scary Hot is terrific!!!!! I have wanted Z and Kayan's story since we were introduced to them in Until July by Aurora Rose Reynolds. This is a standalone so do not worry if you have not read Until July, but you really should if you have not because it is one of my all time favorite books and a frequent re-read. Anyway, back to Z and Kayan. When I learned that KD Robichaux was going to tell their story I could not have been more excited. I knew she would be the perfect author to tell their story. I knew it would be sweet, funny, and oh so hot. I recommend this book highly especially if you love an alpha and his sassy heroine (yes please!!!). From beginning to end you will love Z and Kayan and their beautiful, funny and sizzling love story.

First I've read everything by this author she Is really one of my go to authors so I knew I would like this book but honestly? I absolutely loved this book!Kayak(Kay-Ann) is a feisty curvy little thang who with her bestie gets into trouble on their "adventures " and in turn meets this sexy as sin biker named Z. The girls fall into a dangerous situation which forces Z and Kayan to spend time together in which funny situations and banter happen. The story was sweet and had me laughing out loud at some of the things Kayan would say because I'm just as awkward and would probably word vomit the same way! I fell in love with them and KD did such an amazing job on their story I love love love it!!!

This is the 1st KD Robichaux book I've ever re toad and I LOVED IT!!! Kayan's personality was written so well. I loved her sass! I've read all of Aurora Rose Reynolds Until Series (and reread and listened) so hearing Z's and Kayan's story satisfied my need to know about them beautifully.

Scary Hot is the first time I have met these characters, Z and Kayan. And wow, do I want more of them, Z is the bad broody biker and Kayan is the feisty sex lady that brings him to his knees. Most certainly this book can be read as a standalone but I do want to go back and read Until July to see more of everyone from this book. Kayla does a wonderful job of bringing two worlds together and giving the readers a thrilling read. I enjoyed every minute of this ride!

Holy hotness this book was so scary hot! Wink wink! I absolutely loved this book by KD Robichaux! I have been waiting patiently for Kayan and Z’s story ever since I was introduced to them in Aurora Rose Reynolds Until July. KD Robichaux did such a phenomenal job with this story line. I won’t give away any spoilers except, I love Z’s nickname for Kayan! When he calls her Kitten it makes my toes curl. Just saying.... Thank you KD Robichaux for this amazing read!

I loved Until July so reading Scary Hot was a no brainer. This was the perfect continuation of Kayan and Z’s story. It definitely helps to have read until July as you get the backstory in detail. Highly recommended.

I always wanted to read Z and Kayans story after reading Until July and this book did not disappoint. I loved how it overlapped with Until July. Z is one sexy alpha man who is super protective of Kayan who is so head strong but shy at the same time. They have both got damaged pasts caused by there parents but all they needed was each other. This is a great story that will make you want to read Untill July again.

I just love KD Robichaux’s writing! She has a little bit of everything in all of her storylines. Kayan and Z had me laughing through their witty banter and sassy back and forth arguments! They were sweet and sexy with a dash of badass! Her hero’s are always sexy alphas and protective but big old teddy bears inside, and her heroines are sassy, sexy and able to hold their own! This was a sweet quick read and I loved it!

Kayan and Z's story the one we have waited forever for, you don't want to miss this book it is all that and a bag of chips. I loved every bit of this story.Kayan is sweet but sassy, Z is Hot and Bada$$..... enough said.I hope you love this as much as me, Happy Reading ♡
