It really works. I am very allergic to deer flies. I rare but serious allergy that there is no immunotherapy for. I also live in the woods on the water. I have been left with the choice of stay inside or get bit, but this patch has actually prevented bites by trapping the flies. I have had peace of mind at the lake for the first time in years. It does catch your hair though. Ladies tie your hair up tight in a bun. My girls tried it but could not keep it out of their hair, so just I will use it.
