I bought this as a birthday gift for my grandson. When the first one arrived, it was broken and in pieces. I e-mailed the company and they assured me they would mail another one out right away. They did, and it arrived a week later. My grandson LOVE'S it! Very pleased with their customer service!

It is so expensive for something that breaks if you breath on it..assuming with the price tag, it would of been all metal. It’s not. So upset... already had to glue/screw/lasso/fabricate/call apon Satan/ rub a genie lamp/whatever... my son is so gentle with toys and the trailer hitch broke, the loader seat broke off, the actual self loader boom broke off, the hydrolics kinked. It is NOT ment to be played with. My son is so upset :( heartbroken..

My grandson had a lot of fun with this. I wish they would make toys that are made to be played with outside That are real sturdy. He did break the grapple the back. It really wasn’t made to play with as tough as he plays with it. But he enjoyed it while it lasted.

Broke within three hours. The plastic rod on the trailer snapped in half so it will no longer attach to the truck. Only the white cab is metal. Everything else is cheap plastic. Certainly not a quality die cast product like advertised. Unless you want something to just sit on a shelf, steer cleer of this one.
