Refund only, no replacement
1 star is for the item being way too small and having to pay to return it. I should be able to simply get a larger size on them. I’ll be getting a refund, but I won’t be buying the next size up with this poor customer service. So they are out a sale and I’m out shipping return costs. Everybody loses here.
