I bought this for a beach trip because my hair is very thick and naturally curly and gets a crazy tangled mess at the beach or pool. This hair creme is PERFECT! I just bought another one to have for my beach bag and one for the house. It smells great and is lightweight so your hair doesn't feel weighted down. It smooths and detangles and doesn't leave your hair greasy. It is a GREAT product!! My hair felt healthy and smooth after using it. I plan to use it even when I'm not at a pool or beach if i encounter humid weather. It's really fantastic stuff and a GREAT PRICE!

This SAVES your hair! AND saves the reefs! What else could you want?? If you scuba dive, swim (salt or chlorine) surf or spend anytime at the beach - you want this. My long and very chemically treated hair stays tangle free and healthy. I am an active water loving girl with long wavy hair (2b/c) that’s normally worn straight. Best routine is to wet hair using cold fresh water (seals cuticle), apply conditioner (protects) and then put it up. I find my hair does best if I use a top bun or pony with hair ties every inch or so. Braiding just tangles and stresses hair more imo. Comb out using the Wet brush. Can’t live without this, especially on liveaboards. I also apply it dry as it protects my hair before getting it wet. My colors will still get brassy or dull but not as quickly. I still have to use purple shampoo for blonde and blue for brunette as often as I usually do. Smell is fragrant but pleasing not too strong. Value is well - invaluable imo. Helps keep my hair soft. I have a bottle in my bathroom, travel bag, scuba bag, surf/beach bag and always bring enough to share. And for the win this business is a small and woman owned! Bougie and product snob approved! I’ve also used the sting relief, shimmer sunblock, mask defog (best defog there is) and can’t wait to try some of her other products. If you can - buy this at your local dive shop! I have the large bottle and use it to fill the smaller bottles. One thing she could improve on is make the smaller bottle openings a little larger or screw top to make refill process easier.

I love this stuff. It smells amazing and protects my hair from the salt water so well. if using it as a preventative measure for detangling or keeping hair moisturized, wet your hair with regular water, then apply generously, then put your hair in some sort of braid or bun (or other protective hairstyle). i’ve used it for scuba diving and it’s the only thing to keep my hair out of tangles when I dive. this stuff is incredible and lasted a long time

I love the way this conditioner smells and how soft it makes my hair feel. I love that it's reef safe and made with good ingredients. I have dry hair in humid climate and this helps keep the frizz down. It may not work as well for oily hair.

The thickness of the product is just perfect, not too runny, not thick at all. I used it prior to surfing so I expect at least a 2 hour session. I have very thin, fragile, curly hair which can dry up and fry pretty quickly. I did spritz my hair with tap water prior to applying my product, so I suppose it was easier to run through my hair; i usually spritz my hair prior to going in the ocean as to absorb the less saltwater as I can. The product goes on easy and I applied a good amount, didn't overdo it, but also didn't cheap out on it as it is a fairly good price for a leave in conditioner and the amount offered. My hair stayed soft to the touch for the longest time; when I exceeded 2.5 hours, it started feeling as it normally would on salt water...a little salty and dry to the touch, especially in the ends. Hair definitely didn't burn, which I can tell pretty quickly as it doesn't lose color and the texture doesn't change. What's worse about the sun is the kind of split ends it causes, the ones that leave the hair with uneven bumps along the hair shaft, instead of the regular split ends that are easy to get rid off. When I did feel it wear off, it didn't leave a residue or slippery feeling in the water. I haven't used it on Dry Hair, but I will update when I do, if I do. Also will update it when I use it on a normal day in the city. UPDATE: Been using a cheap silicone based leave in before going in the surf as to create a barrier between the saltwater and sun. (silicones are mainly used to protect hair from styling tools and to provide slip, but no moisture whatsoever). After I get out of the water, I apply this stream2sea leave in conditioner as a protein treatment after sun exposure and rinsing out the saltwater.. I do feel I get more of the product this way than applying it right before going in the water. Please remember that this is not meant to be a moisturizing conditioner, but more of a protein treatment.

I love this stuff!! It kind of dribbles out of the bottle which is kind of annoying but not a big deal. It’s not super thick and the smell isn’t too strong. I’ll definitely buy it again!

I love this leave in conditioner. I have very thick hair that tangles easily. I love the fact that it is so Eco friendly. A little goes a long way.

Superb sea/reef safe leave-in conditioner - smells amazing and does a good job of protecting your hair whilst diving/snorkelling.

A diver friend let me try a bit of hers right after a dive and I could feel my hair much softer immediately. The softness and great smell it lasted even after rinsing my hair with just water the day after. I decided to buy it and I can't see how I'll be going diving without it moving forward. Yesterday I went diving and wet my hair and apply the product to see how it worked pre-diving. I honestly have never liked my hair so much after diving... We came back to shore after going underwater twice, I washed my hair slightly with baby shampoo and apply this again and the way my hair looked and felt, even leaving it dry naturally, was a game changer for me. My hair naturally goes frizzy if I leave it to dry on its own, but with this product it just looks so so much better. Wish I had found it earlier. The fact I don't feel bad about bringing harmful products to the ocean was my first selling point but now it's become how it actually my hair just loves it!
