Excellent Technical Support and Product
We have a technical, unconventional, upcoming install for a client that has many physical challenges. Someone pick up,some bubble rap while your out.
Item was placed in a bigger box with no packing. The original box didn’t look that great and sure enough there was a crack in the large cover. Luckily I am not using the cover but it seems senseless to not pack it better. The unit it self isn’t that bad, it is doing the same thing the unit I replaced did. I seem to have to keep adjusting it once a week from starting to slam. The 300.00 unit did the same thing.

Keeps door from pulling clients off their feet
Thank goodness there was a U-Tube video to help with installation. Works very well for purpose it was purchased.
