capsules are pretty smelly and never seen any sort of improvement on these even after using them for a good while and dosing them as per package. id say it's waste of money and time.

I bought the product five days ago and after taking three capsules at 2pm each day, I already feel much more alert in the afternoon without the reliance of coffee and I'm also less tired by 9-10pm too.

This supplement offers 24 servings, or 72 capsules, for £44, working out to 61p/capsule or £1.83/day.This is a large daily expense, but for a supplement that offers much more and better quality ingredients than many others on the market.It offers some uncommon and particularly expensive ingredients such as; 500mg of 10:1 lions mane mushroom, 350mg NALT, 250mg Citicoline, 500mg Carnitine, 100mg pine bark extract, 50mg 8:1 rhodiola and various other nutrients including B vitamins.Some of these ingredients, such as the Citicoline, are so uncommon in the UK that I usually import it from the USA because it is so expensive in the UK.All of these ingredients are supposed to help with improving alertness, cognition and focus, and after a few weeks of taking this I can definitely say that they help my girlfriend to feel better at work and with the stressful position that she has, they do allow her to achieve her goals more comfortably.Naturally it is going to be cheaper to buy the ingredients separately, however it is convenient to have them all combined into one supplement.My girlfriend liked this as it contains no caffeine but does have a medium stimulatory effect without keeping her awake at night, however it's not something she would consider purchasing again purely because of the cost.If the cost isn't too much for you, then it's worth a try, particularly if you replace a coffee or two each day.

This is by no means a cheap product! £44 at the time of writing for 3 weeks supply. If you're serious about peak performance and nootropics though, this is the product for you. There's loads of "brain supplements" out there, but the vast majority contain caffeine with a few other random ingredients. If you don't want to take caffeine for whatever reason, be it due to current medication you're on, or maybe you don't like the effects of caffeine, then this is a perfect alternative.The wide array of ingredients all geared towards making you alert and focused will really give you the extra boost you need to be productive and get stuff done! I've been taking these for a few days now and definitely feel more focused.While I can't fault the product itself, I absolutely hate the packaging. The pills came in a sealed plastic bag (I have no idea why) and when I tried to open this like a packet of crisps, the pills went EVERYWHERE. I'd recommend using scissors or a knife to open the packet... But I still don't see why they've packaged it like this. Every other supplement has a suitably sized container with moisture absorbers. Is it cost saving perhaps? I'm not sure why when you're paying a premium for a product?Great product, I'd recommend it as a caffeine alternative, but I've docked a star for the horrible packaging.

big pills to swallow that's a warning in case you struggle swallowing large pills, no taste and did not really feel anything after trialing these a lot of money for what they are

I was really surprised by how effective these are. I rely on caffeine in various guises to get me through the day, due in part by the chronic fatigue I experience as someone with fibromyalgia. These have really helped me with the fibro fog (concentration and memory issues) and they also help me stave off tiredness without throwing sugar and caffeine at the problem.
