As good as it can get. Recommended for heavy lifting home workout
As good as it can get. I got this idea from FB’s ads. But the original product is ridiculously expensive. This one works exactly as I expected. Such bars are necessary if you put heavy bands. Thanks a lot for making this product!By the way, this by no means seem cheap and absolutely doesn’t have any quality issues. I put three ‘60 pounds’ band on it.

Great to get started with X3, but you need the real deal to go heavy
My family purchased 5 or 6 of these. They work great to get started with the X3 routine and see if you are going to stick with it.Once you get to heavier bands, however, you will see that the way the hooks are assembles are too flimsy.I plan to use these for my daughters and younger sons, and buy the expensive X3 for the bigger guys.No comparison at all to the quality of the X3, which I have. The X3 feels like something that will outlast everything I own, while this feels like it would last less than 6 months with heavy usage.Bang for the buck, however, I still plan to buy several more of these, as mentioned, for the lighter lifters.Simply follow Jaquish's advice using this as a start-up, but graduate to the X3 as soon as you can afford to.Worked great in combination with Rubberbanditz. I compared the 4,5,6 level pretty close to the Small Gray, Medium Gray and Black from X3. However, in the last few inches of the move, the X3 bands are definitely harder.God bless

Not sturdy due to poor design
I bought this bar back in June 20, used it about 1-3 times/week with the provided blue band. The bar is versatile with different arm exercises.Over time I heard alot of grinding as I would pull the bar up with the band. Now, in February (~8mths later) the metallic hooks broke off from an inside the bar. There's no way to rescrew the hook to the inside of the bar. The bar is useless now due to poor sturdiness and craftsmanship, and design. If you're looking for a resistance band bar, go for a DIY build from a hardware store.

A Great Fitness Equipment!
It's everything I was hoping for and at a great price. I was so pleased with it, that I was considering getting a second one to take along with me at work. The only problem is that I think they stopped selling them. The design is too similar to a product that already exists in the market and I'm guessing that they were forced to stop selling them. Other than that, I love my bar and use it constantly.

Bad Quality Bar; Bad Quality Customer Service.
It's a good idea, and the product itself appears decent. However, if you receive a defective bar, as I did, the company will lie to you and say that they're out of stock. They'll advise you to return it, and to make another purchase, since they've significantly increased the price on the bar.I simply wanted to receive a functioning bar, and the only solution they had was the following.1. A partial refund on the damaged bar. (which wouldn't serve me any good.)2. Return the damaged one, and then repurchase the bar from them, at the higher price. Not only is the bar low quality, so is the customer service. I would avoid them and look elsewhere for a resistance band bar.

A very favorable alternative
I have been resistance training since I was 13 years old (,64 years total) and have tried mode of training along the way. In the past couple of years, I have become very interested in resistance band training. I find them to be superior to elastic tubing. This bar allows the same usage as the other one on the market that cost over $500. The band that came with the bar has good elastic quality. The only knock is that it is about an inch so longer than the 41 inches other elastic bands on the market. This does make a slight difference with chest pressing, but still provides steady fluid resistance.

Great Resistance Band Bar
I purchased this after listening to and reviewing the X3 system. Would have loved to have it but couldn't swing the price. After looking around I came across this bar. Upon receiving it I have been nothing but happy with my purchase. I also purchased a Draper's band kit to go with it. It will easily hold any of the bands I have with go up to the Draper's blue. Would definitely recommend for someone looking to supplement their workout at home. Hooks on the end rotate easily and allow maximum movement in the exercises.

Seems to work
Bought this as a cheaper knockoff to the more expensive ones out there. Been using it for a couple months, hasn't broken, seems to work. Wish it came for more resistance bands, but no big deal, bought some additional ones separately.

So Not Worth it!!!!!
I bought this product. After 3 weeks of using it the band snapped on me. So I had to go out and buy another 1 for $25. After about another 3 weeks one of the pivoting pieces at the end of the bar snapped off. So in a total of 5 weeks pretty much everything on this bar broke. I am so disappointed with product. I was really look forward to this product and now feel let down. Plus it seem I am passed the return date. So a product that I spent close to $300 on breaks in 4 months and I stuck with. Lame

broke after a few months use
The end that holds the band broke off after just a few months use not worth the money
