So I panicked when these went out of stock for a minute, so glad to see it restocked. Finally my hormones are balancing and I have much milder pms symptoms. Have struggled in the past with low progesterone and estrogen dominance. Adding this supplement to my regimen has made a big difference for me by minimizing PMS and menstrual symptoms. My libido is back to "normal" from struggling. It's also not hurting/possibly helping my efforts to keep my face clear of hormonal acne as well. 33 yo F. Used 2 bottles so far and ordered 3 more.
