It works brilliantly, had a lot of black spot over the last few years, used this and 90% has disappeared, will probably take one more application and it will be gone

Used this on my patio and 95% of the black spots were removed, the rest didn't get removed even with more application. Used the whole bottle on a much smaller area than was mentioned too, around a quarter of the size. The sprayer is mostly ok too, but I found the pipe prone to falling off with faster movements.But I was ultimately happy with the results as its much better than it was.

I used this product after having tried to clean my patio with a pressure washer and a cheaper "patio cleaner". While the pressure hose removed the dirtr it was unable to remove the black marks that remained steadfastly on the pation slabs.Although this product is 4 times more expensive that some patio cleaning solutions, the effect has been amazing. Almost as soon as I spayed the liquid onto the slabs they started to return to their original colour.After two hours a little staining remained but generally the stones are almost as new.I bought the spray at the same time.

A product that really does do what it says. Our patio flags were very dirty and "black spotted" and when I say very I really mean it - they hadn't been cleaned for several years. The job was extremely easy to do with the pump and with just a swill with water afterwards the result was absolutely amazing I can't praise this product enough. Use a face mask and gloves when doing the job as the product is very strong. I have ordered another 20 litres today so that we can do all around the house. Thank you Pro- Kleen.

The black spot removed did a great job. Much better than any other product I have used. You actually see the chemical dissolving the dirt. However the sprayer that it comes with says not to use corrosive chemicals. This chemical destroyed the spring in the spray trigger and proceeded to make holes in the brass lance which meant the chemical started coming out at all angles. Word of advice, ensure you flush the chemical thoroughly after use from the sprayer. Ended up having to buy another sprayer and the plastic from the emergency release valve broke on that one so at least I have spares from the first one to use! Very corrosive to metal so don't spray near anything metal that you value!But the chemical does what it promises.

Easy to use

The media could not be loaded. My patio tiles had black marks, green moss marks as old as 10 years and plain jet wash was not helping…having used this product (easy to use) my patio tiles look like new.. the look of my garden has transformed completely…

Purchased this item with pro kleen black spot remover only used it once when I came to use it again six months later the brass lance had corroded and I was unable to adjust the nozzle absolute rubbish went straight in the bin do not waste your money
