1 Star - I have ordered this product multiple times and been very satisfied in the past. However, this batch smells and taste like mold. Lot # 22611 Expiration date 12/2028 - No refund was allowed on this product which normally I could understand but not in the case of the batch having something totally wrong with it. You would think they would want to know and pull the lot number off the shelf.5 Star Update: I contacted the company directly and they were very concerned about the product and had me mail it to them so they could investigate this lot number to try and determine the issue. They also mailed me a replacement product which was the high standard I had always previously received from them. I will continue to buy this product as it works very well.

The first problem is that these don't work for me - zero effect.Additionally, these contain a LOT of sugar - you can taste the sweetness. I'm not sure why they need to put all this sugar in a chewable adult form. Adults can swallow pills. I'm wondering if one reason why people rate these so high is that they like an excuse to take sugar pills just before bed.

I gave this product a few tries and wanted it as an alternative to melatonin, however, I found it gives me anxiety nightmares. I do not struggle to get to sleep, but then I wake up often to the nightmares.Gave 3 stars because the product does taste nice, does help me get to sleep, but after reading other reviews I think the nightmares are just a person to person basis. I love Genexa’s products so I would recommend giving it a try for yourself before writing it off.
