Never in a million years would I have thought this would work for me. I only took 1 and within 20 minutes I was so sleepy I couldn't hold my eyes open. I weigh 129 and 5' 4" tall and YES!!! they work. I already take the Genexa Allergy and Arnica Pain care and they work wonderfully for me so I wanted to stop taking anything with Melatonin in it. You won't be disappointed at all!!! Works great and will definitely buy again.

1 Star - I have ordered this product multiple times and been very satisfied in the past. However, this batch smells and taste like mold. Lot # 22611 Expiration date 12/2028 - No refund was allowed on this product which normally I could understand but not in the case of the batch having something totally wrong with it. You would think they would want to know and pull the lot number off the shelf. 5 Star Update: I contacted the company directly and they were very concerned about the product and had me mail it to them so they could investigate this lot number to try and determine the issue. They also mailed me a replacement product which was the high standard I had always previously received from them. I will continue to buy this product as it works very well.

I have a very hard time sleeping and have seen several different types os Doctors. I have different prescriptions but this works better than any of them hands down. I go to sleep peacefully and stay asleep. Prescriptions always have a down side, these are natural. The safest route is always the best route. I 100% recommend this product.

The ingredients are maltodextrin, a carbohydrate starch derived from corn, rice, wheat, potato etc. Then there is dextrose- also derived from corn, wheat, rice, potato- organic or not, sugar is sugar! Carnauba wax, although approved for us in food by the U.S. (which is not saying much) is used as a car wax, shoe wax, dental floss, floor and furniture waxes, deck wax, surfboard wax- you get the idea. Rice Bran starch is self explanatory. Vanilla and lavender "flavor" that is under the "natural" title could be castoreum derived from beaver glands. But since they dont specify, seems a bit sus. I bought this several months ago because it was covered by my fsa card, and not only did it not work, but I also failed to maintain ketosis on my diet and gained 10 pounds in a month! My husbands blood sugar sky rocketed- we could never figure out why until I read these ingredients months later. This product is dangerous, in my opinion. The marketing and labeling is purposefully deceptive. I could not find- not ONE- sleep study showing that these ingredients are safe and effective for sleep. Not ONE. Dont even get me started on the fact that it is marketed as "safe" to give to children for SLEEP! Just give them some cane sugar before bed- tell me how THAT turns out. This is egregious that this is allowed to be marketed as a safe and natural sleep agent. Shame on you, Amazon!

Works 8 out of 10 times or so. Pretty amazing when it does. Melatonin doesn't work on me so this is needed.

Definitely helps me sleep, when I wake up it keeps me in a restful state so I fall back asleep easier. The grogginess that lasts all the next day into the night is not great. Caffeine doesn’t even seem to help.

It works. Nice taste, too.
