This is a fantastic saffron! It is fresh, beautiful and a good price for Persian saffron.

Quality Saffron, deep red color, fresh texture, full length and full aroma. 5 or 6 strands in a 16 oz bottle of water is really refreshing. You can add some honey but the flavor is superb in itself. The water gains a Beautiful Amber color too. I keep half a dozen bottles ready in refrigerator for grab and go!

I bought this saffron because I could not find my favorite one. I was surprised by the packaging that looks like an eye palette make up. I thought it was bling bling and maybe not appropriate to conserve this precious, but volatile spice flagrance. I had bought it to make a paella and used most of the 3 gr I had acquired. Saffron is not cheap so I really expected my dish to be tasty. It was. All is all I am 50/50 because I am concerned by the use of plastic for our planet and especially for our kids. What planet are we living behind us, what future? I think it is time each of us become responsible. I think that a recyclable jar WITH A RECYCLABLE lid would be more adequate. Maybe cheaper too. More professional also. To be honest if I had paid attentionto the packaging I probably would have not picked up this one. Now it is a good saffron.

Good tea few blades goes a long way

Not 3 grams as ordered and paid for but 2.69 g. Used digital precision scale (0.01 g accurate), not the kitchen one. Otherwise, quality ok.

Good tasting and coloring saffron! It's a very good size quantity value for the price. Very happy with this spice.
