Will this work to stop a watering system from siphoning my reservoir?

I’m not sure as we only use it when we flush our black tank. We have property that has running water so we run off that and not the fresh water tank. Sorry

Installed and when in use mine is making a loud buzzing noise. Water sounds restricted which is weird fir black tank flush. Is that sound normal?

Mine does not make any other sound except you can hear the water flowing thru the valve and piping , be sure you do have it installed in the correct flow direction and if you can be sure the ball appears in the right place and is free , but over all it should not flutter , once water pressure is to it the ball seats to the vent side to seal the air vent , when the water is shut off the ball drops and the vent allows air in and lets the standing water in out flow side run out of the piping to your holding tank , I hope this was helpful , if all else fails you can replace the check valve with a PVC elbow.

No water is going into black tank. Can the vacuum Breaker block water from getting through or is the sprayer inside tank clogged.

First be sure it is installed in the correct flow direction and that the internal ball check is working as it should , if all is well there then the tank spray end is possibly clogged .
