It comes in DC-Model (12~30V DC) and AC/DC Model (AC-->50V~230V AC -50-60Hz and DC-->35V to 300V DC) variants. GIZMOCAT bombards ultrasound frequencies which creates a hostile environment for rats. Ultrasound is a spectrum of sound which starts just above human hearing (20Hz to 20 kHz) range. It does not interfere with other ultrasound based sensing devices. Note: For 24/7 protection GIZMOCAT needs to be always powered 'ON'.
