This mount has been a great addition to my business! I'm finally able to film directly over products without having a big stand over the products that create shadows. The only 2 areas I wish were a bit better is the 360 ball pin directly behind the phone mount. It's a bit loose and difficult to lock down to prevent movement. Luckily most of my filming is directly overhead versus vertically. Second area would be a slightly wider mounting bracket. I was unable to mount it to my butcher block table so had to relocate my filming to a better area where it could be mounted. But overall great product for the price and I would definitely buy a second one if I needed it! Highly recommend.

The part where the phone actually attaches doesn’t adjust or tighten that well. It’s quite finicky. It works fine and I needed one that would shoot straight down, so many just do selfie style. I think eventually I’ll get a better quality one but this one works fine.

I love this flexible arm. It's exactly as described and it's a better fit for me then the last one I bought by another company. I have a glass top desk and it does not scratch and its fits securely on there with no problem and it was easy to setup. It's sturdy and the arm basically swivels in whatever direction you need and it's reach is great. I suggest you measure your desk and how far over you would like the arm to reach if your using this for recording just to make sure it does in case your desk is bigger than mine and compare it to the dimensions shown. I have to remove my iphone 12pro from the case in order for it to fit snuggly but I don't mind.

No matter what I did to connect the base that holds onto the table it didn’t stick. Read the directions over and over again and it kept falling. Base that holds phone is fine. But useless product if you wanna put this on your desk.

Bought this for online classes so a laptop could still be used at the same time while the phone was signed in to the meeting. This has made it so much easier to take notes, reference text, etc. without missing anything the professors are showing. It’s also nice for watching YouTube and other videos hands free
