Too sheer, and far too small

Unfortunately I have had to send this back and I still have not received my refund. It is made quite well, but completely sheer and far far too small around the arms.The postage added was very high and I am really disappointed.

Actual colour nothing like that shown!

The blouse is a greyish/blue which looks shabby compared to the one shown. Would never buy that drab colour!
