Love these Sole inserts. I have a high arch and they feel really comfortable.

This in not for damaged feet, in terms of cushioning. The cushioning is millimetres thin, and although the arch design is good, the ball of the foot has virtually no cushioning at all. The trick with insoles is to buy one or two sizes larger shoes or boots and than add thick, dense cushioning. Finding suitable quality sponge cushion for feet is near impossible. No idea why.

These are the best arch supports I have found!!! I have very high arches and finding these was a dream. I had tried the #1 rated inserts recommended by Amazon (and extremely high numbers of raters) but I found them lacking in comparison to these. I wish they were a bit cheaper but... Also need to have a roomy shoe-something like boots or sneakers as they are substantial in order to give you the support you need

One day I suddenly got horrible pain in my heels - never had this problem before. My brother recommended these to me after the podiatrist charged me 60.00 for another pair that were useless. These solved my problem (plantar fasciitis) in a few weeks. These are the BEST - make sure you get the blue ones for maximum support. Thanks Sole Performance!
