Works great!
The parts all fit with no issues. Before you pull out the burners take a picture of how deep they fit into the valves. They need to be pushed into the gas outlet so they don’t leak.Also, take note of the bar holding the burners. This is for the igniters. Make sure it is facing the same way. Marking it with TOP/BACK/LEFT/RIGHT worked for me.

Mixed feelings about the included parts
Burners are excellent quality and work very well. The Flav-r-wave replacements though are too short for a Baron 590-S.

They work with my Barron
These are slightly different dimensions, increased gap between sections but this makes no difference in cooking. They have held well and I grill a bunch.
