I also love the hook.. in the past with the other enema bags if you did not have the right shower head it is kinda impossible to hook it up. I am one of those people who likes to do one everyday so I feel this will last a long time. The packaging was great also and love the discreet storage bag. I recommend this product. I am happy I spent the extra money and got a higher quality bag. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars a "no buy" item *by U***R on Reviewed in the United States on October 14, 2016* Almost perfect product. Durable and substantial material in the bag, hose, and insertion tips (but the flow control clasp is a big problem, see the end of the review). It comes with a very easy and comfortable to use flexible and soft insertion tip that I believe is unique to this product (most are hard plastic and can become scratched and very uncomfortable to inset into the delicate tissues of the rectum). Also included is a nice storage bag. However, the flow control clasp (which is used to increase or reduce the flow, but more importantly, is used to stop the flow of water when filling the bag) is poorly made, is very unreliable and frequently pops open when you are ending the treatment or refilling the bag. Simply, the clasp is cheaply made. I've accidentally drenched myself and the bathroom on more than one occasion. This issue makes the product a "no buy" item. Separately,and interestingly, the transparent flow tubing from enema bag to insertion tip will very clearly reveal internal tubing mold and fungus growth if it isn't properly dried or cleansed with a disinfectant post use and prior to storage. All my previous enema kits had non transparent tubing and I had no idea what could grow inside that tube! I realize that the rectum is a non-sterile orifice, but I think that using moldy/fungus laced tubing is probably a bad idea! ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Generic clamp *by L***U on Reviewed in the United States on November 26, 2016* I like almost everything about this product. It is sturdy and seems as thought it will last a long time even with regular use. However the clamp that comes with it is a generic clamp that is too flimsy to both stay clamped and to completely stay closed when it is clamped. The reason for this is probably the thick (and likely very durable) tubing. The clamp is just not strong enough.
