Very poor packaging
Thank goodness this arrived undamaged, as its a gift ! It's a great item, but crikey, it came in just a recycled paper bag, not even a jiffy bag which would have offered some protection in transit.Amazon, sort the packaging out ! Other than that, I'm happy to recommend the actual item.

The Frame was broken
Sad to say the packaging on this product wasextremely poor and the frame was very cheap...the corner had broken off....Obviously there is a lot of problems as a sticker inside says to call for a free replacement if damaged .£5 on super glue failed ...£12.99 for a replacement frame has done the trick... It is needed for a birthday present...Disappointed...Yes .....The actual picture is brilliant !

You pay for what you get
Poor quality all round from the frame to the pictures - thought the words would have been engraved on metal or plastic no they are printed on paper the picture is finished with Perspex and not glass which is finally framed in a cheap surround ☹️
