Excellent product I try to take 2 daily it gives a lot of energy and overall good feeling for me.. two things to note 1sometimes when taken on an empty stomach I get an upset stomach so even tho it says you can take with or without a meal I just always do with a meal to avoid that feeling 2 it tends to make you sleep if you're lacking rest only for like 2-3 days then everything goes BK to normal

What I really like about this supplement is that it has Kelp in it, and includes many minerals I need, to keep my body healthy. I also like how Dr. Berg does research on his products and supplements. Thank you, Dr. Berg
