Absolutely love this. Only had it for a few days but can already tell a massive difference.I don’t take this for any weightloss or fat burning abilities although that is obviously a plus - far too soon to comment on those thoughI suffer chronic fatigue & mental fatigue and use products like this just to help support me though a busy job as well as with my regular gym workouts.I’ve used various products over the years, but this is the first one for many years which has given me sharp mental focus. I have sustained energy as opposed to my previous supplement where I would crash a few hours later.I have also surprisingly noticed I am sleeping so much better.Perks me up nicely first thing & pre workout. I don’t get that same rush of pumped energy I do with others which is one thing I miss, however can easily power through workouts , and find I still have the energy for workouts a few hours later.I feel so much better with this after less than a weeks use so will definitely continue. I may try the hardcore to see if it has more ‘pump’ however don’t want to lose this lovely clean energy feel. I didn’t realise how much the negative impact the ‘crash’ was from my previous product until changing to this.Great focus through the workday.Oh and the raspberry really is delicious- how often can you genuinely say that about a supplement?

It tastes amazing but I don’t know how much I’m supposed to put in because there’s no scoop😫I don’t have a scale to measure either. Is this typical for there to be no scoop?

wow, this product is really good. My problem was snacking in the evening on chocolates biscuits and crisps! This product (for me) has really curbed my evening urges to snack. If I do still snack, it's not a huge amount and my craving for chocolate in the evening has also reduced. I do a lot of exercise, running cycling and weights....taking this supplement before my exercise does give me focus and a lift improving my exercise. It would be of benefit for weight loss if the product works for others as it does for me, by curbing snacking in the evening! and keeping me alert throughout the day.

The first 5-7 days of using this I felt really heady and spaced-out.It definitely made me sweat much more than I otherwise would when doing aerobic activity.Then I got used to it REAL quick and became tolerant to it within 3 weeks of using the product.The powder has gone really hard and extremely difficult to scoop out. It's all compacted in the tub.

I didn’t like the flavour as much as others.
