This is the best fiber mix you can get. The taste is delicious- close to what Tang drink mix used to taste like. It's not thick or gritty like other brand name fiber supplements so it's easy to swallow. Best of all, it works and you can take it every day. Delivery was fast and the container was sealed.

Let's just say I have had digestive issues for a while. I won't get into details, but I went to a gastroenterologist 4 times and she had me try 3 different medications. None of them helped. I got so frustrated with her that I went to a different gastroenterologist, who suggested Citrucel. "What?! That's what you're telling me to try?" OK, whatever. I left and ordered some. Low and behold! This stuff worked like a charm!! Well just say I'm "all good!" In addition, this stuff is easy to take. It doesnt taste bad at all. I use the no sugar version, because who needs all that extra sugar in your diet? and it tastes pretty good. I just mix it with water and down in, followed by a full glass of water. You don't need too much, so even though the price seems high, a container of this will last quite a while. I wish they'd make other flavors. Berry would be FAB!

I have been using Citrucel Sugar Free methylcellulose fiber supplement for years. Provides good regularity, without excess bowel movements or gas like other types.
