I was in the market for a smaller bag, as I usually have larger bags. But, that leads to me carrying more unnecessary stuff and junk. I came across Time Resistance. I narrowed to two bags and allowed someone else to choose this one for me. I must say, this briefcase is really nice! Even though smaller than my usual size, this bag has ample space. Keeps its shape well, looks good, and suitable for professional and casual environments.

I purchased this bag back in 2022. No complaints and amazing quality. Traveled with this bag daily for work on domestic and international travel. Easy to maintain the leather and very functional.Unfortunately, one of the metal connectors on the cross body strap wore down during one of my last trips this year. Was scrambling to find a replacement cross body strap and had been using a carabiner in the meantime.I emailed the customer support for Time resistance and they sent me a replacement strap for free!Arrived fast and honestly would 10/10 recommend. Will buy again from them should my luggage needs change!

Authentic Italian Leather products represent a significant investment these days. I purchased this briefcase specifically for a business meeting that did not require my current larger briefcase. While initially disappointed the new Time Resistance Leather Briefcase sustained some light scuffing damage from the leather rubbing against the inside of their gift box, I was happy that their customer service department provided an acceptable resolution.Because the new briefcase was the perfect size for my needs, I am elated that I did not have to return it.The damage occurred because the leather was in direct contact with the gift box. Even a thin tissue paper liner would have prevented this problem.The Time Resistance Customer Service agent even recommended a product and reimbursed the expensefor the relatively minor repair. By offerring a resolution path forward, everybody wins.Thank you.

Beautiful case light color lots of space, the leather is very soft and pliable you can carry it 3 ways over right shoulder over head let shoulder take off briefcase strap carry by hand love it, reason I didn't give it a 5 is i haven't used it enough John.
