I like the Thermacare best because it is easier to use, is in one piece, fits me well, is easy to adjust and lasts a long time. I use it mostly to keep the muscles of my lower back limber and to prevent pain and spasms. While it doesn't prevent the spasms 100% it certainly helps a lot. (I am a gardener and do a lot of bending over.) Not only does it provide heat, but it offers some support as well.
