WORKS WELL
Hearing aids inhibit the normal process of shedding wax. Using these drops occasionally keeps the ears open. When I have to turn up the volume on my various devices it's time to reach for the Debrox. After using it for a few days I can return the volume to the usual settings.

Four treatments later over 2 days and I can hear fine out of that ear
I have had trouble with ear pluggage in the right ear for years. Went to ENT specialists and the whole routine and noone had a solution, My general practitioner said to try some ear wax remover. So I bought the 2 pack of Debrox. Put a few drops in my right ear and it immediately started foaming anad eventually popped and I could hear, Four treatments later over 2 days and I can hear fine out of that ear, these is still a little wax in there, it still foamed on the last application so I will use this product every so often as required, I tried it in my left ear which is problem free and no foaming action at all. One of the few products these days that does what is says it will do

Works as expected.
Worked as expected. All of the earwax treatment we have tried takes several times of putting drops in the ear and several times of washing it out to get the wax out. I haven't found a single treatment that just cuts through the wax in one wash. So with that said, this works as expected.It has the consistency of olive oil and doesn't really have any particular smell to it. After diligently putting it in my husbands ear for several days and him washing it out several times, eventually it will break up the wax.

Safer and more efficient
My doctor recommend this for me. It is gentle on my ears and it works. Two drops in one ear, put a cotton ball in it and wait for 10 minutes. Then do the other ear. My doctor told me to do this for 3 days. Talk to your doctor before using. This product is safer and more efficient then Q-tips.
