Worked perfect for my project
If you're going to be controlling motors (NEMA in my case), these drivers work great.

Works well and very Quiet
Works great and I like the larger than "usual" heatsinks. Very quiet operation.

Super quiet, feature packed and a great investment.
Outside of the 5500 series these are the best at what they do, extremely quiet drivers with all the features you’d want making nighttime printing noise a thing of the past.

Manufacturing issues?
I bought these drivers to control a 12v bipolar Nema17 stepper. When I used the 1st one in standalone mode I wasn’t able to make the motor move. The motor shaft was hard to move with the fingers when power was on but never moved. Then I used the 2nd one with the same result. I tried everything possible, including UART and nothing. Finally, I decided to get a couple new controllers from the same brand and model and worked at the first try. So it seems to be the 1st ones (both of them) came with manufacturing issues and I ended up losing several hours of troubleshooting.
