My Keurig machine was telling me it was time to change the filter - I didn't even know it had a filter! I looked all over the machine and finally checked YouTube to see what it was all about and discovered the filter mechanism was an optional feature. Optional! I ordered the kit, got it and prepped and installed it in about five minutes and tried my first cup of coffee using the filtered water. The coffee seemed smoother, if that's the way to say it. We have very mineral-heavy water here and I already use filtered water but this use of another filter really makes a difference. If you have a Keurig and don't have a filter housing order this one. Economical, easy to install and it really makes a difference, especially for that first cup in the morning (well, it makes them all taste better, but you know what I mean). Also, the extra k-cup is nice to have as when I travel I usually find a coffee I like and want to have at home and this allows me to enjoy with my Keurig and remember. And smile.

I now have my water filtered to my Keurig 2.0!For those of you having issue removing the bottom to add a filter, it is very easy!Just squeeze the sides before using the grooved areas and it comes right out!I love that this set came with a refillable pod that ACTUALLY WORKS with my 2.0!

I accidentally ordered a tall one. I emailed the seller and they confirmed the size and sent one out free of charge. Shipping was fast. Once i got the correct size it fit perfectly and easily. Coffee is so much smoother and fresher....didnt expect such a difference! Now wont drink it without the filter in place.

This set up works nice. The prior one would float and not stay in place nor would it snap on to hold filter. This snaps on and does not move. Also the filters packed with the holder when you soak them before use you don't get a lot of charcoal dust

I bought this just for the water filter. My coffee maker didn’t even come with one (or I didn’t know what the piece was and threw it away by accident)What I was surprised by was the reusable coffee pod. Some that I bought let too many grinds into my cup during the brew. THIS ONE IS PERFECT totally want to buy more of that piece.

It came on time and it works. I needed a new one since the oid water holder got broken and I couldn't get the water filter out. the price was right and it was delivered on time.

The filters are great. The reusable cup didn’t work but I bought it for the filters so I’m still happy with the product.

Three stars ONLY because the filter assembly was almost impossible for me to get open. If you can't replace the filter, the filter assembly is useless. The bottom of the filter assembly requires the sides of the hard acrylic be squeezed together in order for the bottom to be released (refer to the attached photo). After several failed attempts, I was able to get the bottom released by placing it against a hard object and pressing down on the opposite side with both thumbs. Very worrisome because the acrylic could just as easily cracked, ruining the filter assembly. So, the bottom line is if you don't have strong hands, it will be very hard to open the filter assembly to replace the filter every two months. Otherwise, this starter kit fits nicely in my Keurig 2.0, K300, the water is clean and tastes very good. The reusable K-cup is another plus for the starter kit. My Keurig recognizes it and allows for brewing loose leaf tea or non-K-cup coffee of my choice.

Tres satisfaite, par contre...recue le cup brisé. Cela me dérange moins car j'en avais en réserve mais je trouve ca dommage quand même car j'ai payé pour dans le prix!

I was pleased with the items I purchased, I’m have trouble with the pods not working, probably me not the pod. I have bought the correct size just I can’t get the pod to engage

Too "easy to install". I'm not certain but, I'm pretty sure the base should be more snug when clipping it into the tank. Very loose fitting. Otherwise everything else is fine. The brew cup works great.
